It was you
This is the picture that I dedicate to my wife. As I said in about me section, you are my inspiration and my patience and without you I would not have so much energy to create art.The image is the first one that I rendered in Maxwell engine which I found out to be very intuitive and capable of rendering high quality images.
     
  Experiment Chamber
A work of a mad scientist conducting experiments on living subjects. He uses all kinds of energy sources, from radioactive elements to high voltage electricity. This image is the reconstruction of the Different Desire image below, but it is completely changed. I thought about only retouching Dif.Desire a little bit, but then the imagination was relased and this is what I got after two weeks of work.
     
  The Last Journey
Made for the CGChallenge with topic "Journey Begins" I worked on this one for about two and a half months, mostly in my spare time after work. This wasn't very easy since I was using maya 8 hours at work, and 3-5 more at home ... my wife almost filed for divorce. :) Well, as for the explanation of what the picture means, click on it and read the text...
     
  Dawn of Balance
This image was created as a test for the render engine for Maya called finalRender. The image, in the first stage was just a test for global illunination, but in time I saw that this has grown into a cute picture so I decided to give it some more details and finish it.. It was rendered in few passes and composited in Digital Fusion.
     
  Force of Nature
My first try at CGChallenge. The topic was Master and Servant, which in this case is nature and civilisation. I planed to do similar picture a long time ago and this was great oportunity to do it. The image was created in several layers and composed later in Fusion where it was postprocessed.
     
  Bounded By Destiny
Dedicated to my grandmother and grandfather. Thank you so much for everything. I spent some time working on this picture ... as usual I have done about the 60% and abadoned the project for some time because I ran out of motivation, but after a few months I went back and finished what I've started.
     
  Slow Decay
This one took a lot of time to complete. It was inspired by the animated movie Ghost In The Shell. The idea of dark dirty poluted future was the main point of this picture. It shows the real future of human's world.
     
  Moonlight Touch
Made for Edukon's competittion. For this work I decided to go for something cute with nice colors and since it was Christmass time the idea went in that way. The little snowman came with his sleigh on the highest edge of mountain so he can ask the Christmass spirit to make him a wish he always dreamed of.
     
  A Glimpse Of The Past
This one is created to return the favor to guys behind 3DTotal. They have sent me 3 cds with very good textures, which I have used in this picture. I tried to achieve the old -sad look of the environment, and I think I did it pretty well. The tutorial on how did I create the picture will be soon on my web. ;)
     
  The Last Orca
The idea for the Last Orca was in my head for about a year. Finally I decided to create it in Maya. This is the last whale in the world and It is kept in the secret place high in mountains. Only few elves know where this whale is. Since this is a holly place, the orca will live here forever and ever...
     
  Indiana Worms
The picture was just a simple test for creating realistic leaf, and then the worm has come into my head. :) He is an adventurous type of worm, so thats where the name for picture came from.
     
  BMW Z3
Second car from me. I have used NURBS for nearly all parts of car. It was rendered with MentalRay for Maya. Final composition was created in Fireworks. This picture is in 1280x1024 resolution so that you can see all details. The model is slightly different from original Z3.
     
  Draco Airlines
This one was also test in the beginning but it grew into this picture, which I named Draco Airlines. So what does it show? The dragon is the employee in his own company, and he is resting at the moment. The barrels are filled with vine which Draco uses as fuel. ;)
     
 

Different Desire
I started this one as test project for learning how to setup light and how to do dirty realistic textures. After some time of leaving this scene as it was(unfinished), I've decide to add some new elements and complete it. And here it is. What does it show?
     
  Edge of Destiny
This is the first try to create complex scene in Maya. And it is also test for MentalRay renderer. I have used some real textures, combined with procedurals. Rendered with Final Gathering.
